Phil Simha and the photography
Originally
from Greece, Phil Simha discovered the diving world in his early childhood and immediately
fell in love.
At the
beginning of his professional career, he worked in outdoor sports and
specialized more specifically in vertical activities to become one of the
pioneers in bungee jumping. Later on he worked as a guide in the Himalayas and
as a diving instructor. It was not until the late 1990s that he decided to
entirely dedicate himself to the diving world.
Renowned
writer, Phil Simha is known for his contributions to the magazine “Plongeurs
International” with his articles on diving technique and underwater image. He also collaborates with various European
magazines such as “Unterwasser”, “Buceadores” or “Apnea”. In 2011, he co-wrote
the book "Zoom on Scuba Diving" with Pascal Baril.
Today Phil
Simha likes to spend his time traveling, writing, photographing and diving.
Through the organization of photo workshops, he seeks to share his experience
and push people to improve this underwater discipline!

tips to take good pictures underwater according to the situation and the

During the workshop, you will have the opportunity to learn
and exchange on the following areas: basic photography technique; light underwater;
use of the flash or headlamp shooter; macro photography and wide angle lens.
Everybody can join the
